Exceptions are valid with our office for a period of 14 months
Eligibility for exceptions is based on past usage, medical necessity, and Physician discretion. Exceptions are not guaranteed for all patients. Our physician will discuss the potential for an exception at any Patients request, and no charges will be due unless the Physician determines the Patient is a viable candidate for an exception to be completed, and the Patient decides to complete the exception process.
We do offer partial pay options, including a 7-month, 3 month, and monthly pay-as-you-go plan. Contact our office for details regarding payment options.

Primary care visits will include things like refills on blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication, or heart medication. Primary visits are typically scheduled for 5 minutes and do not require a lot of background obligation by the physician and/or office staff.

$75-$100 – Urgent Care Visits
Urgent care visits include issues that can be addressed via acute care procedures. This would include things like a common cold, flu, sports injuries, or medical questions. Urgent Care visits are typically scheduled for 10 minutes and require some background obligation by the physician and/or office staff.
**Telemedicine is available for our most of our Urgent Care Services**
$100-$150 – Specialty/Complex care
Specialty/Complex care visits include issues that require more time, and more unique treatment methods. This would include things like rare disease, medical evaluations for disability, and injuries/ailments requiring prescriptions for scheduled medications. Specialty/Complex Care visits are typically scheduled for 15 minutes and require a lot of background obligation by the physician and/or office staff.
